Offers and Incoterms
Ein Angebot wird als Antwort auf eine Anfrage gemacht. Wenn nicht anders vereinbart, behalten Angebote für eine gewisse Zeit ihre Gültigkeit. Introduction
When answering an enquiry the seller gives the information requested. He describes his company and its goods or services. He may also send his latest catalogue, samples the prospective customer asked for and a price list. He then submits a detailed offer containing the terms of delivery and payment and discounts granted. Delivery and a validity of the offer will also be stated as a polite ending.
