Mit Schreiben vom hat das BMF den Stand der Doppelbesteuerungsabkommen und anderer Abkommen im Steuerbereich sowie der Abkommensverhandlungen am veröffentlicht (BStBl 2018 I, 239). Auf dem Gebiet der Erbschaft- und Schenkungsteuern existieren zu diesem Stichtag folgende Abkommen:
